On Saturday, October 18, a quartet of top regional singer-songwriters will present an intimate, candlelit evening of music at the historic Old Franklin Schoolhouse, which has become a hub of cultural activity in the Metuchen and surrounding community. The Schoolhouse Songwriter Series w/ Paul Sachs, Allison Tartalia, George Wirth & Sharon Goldman (host)Sponsored by the Metuchen Arts Council, the evening, which includes refreshments, will be the second installment of the “Schoolhouse Songwriter Series,” a quarterly music event hosted by Metuchen-based singer-songwriter Sharon Goldman. Doors open at 7:30 pm and music starts at 8 pm. The cost is $10 per person ($5 for seniors and kids under 12). BYOB is encouraged!
